The biggest challenge of the modern society is to generate wealth of sustainable environment form. The definition of goals of use of the natural resources, being overcome as base the hydrographic basin as unit of environment planning, allows to evaluate and to monitor the load capacity of ecosystems, where the water resource enters as disgnostic element of all the functional Inter-relations of the subsystems of the ecosystem: environment; biotic; hillside; microbasin; and hydrographic basin. Performances planned in representative microbasins can optimize resulted and rationalize costs of diverse types of big task, as it can be observed in the told experiences of the Hydrographic Basins Management Laboratory.
