The Wood Chemistry Laboratory, of the Department of Forest Products, offers the infrastructure for characterization and evaluation of wood chemical properties.In the laboratory are given practical lessons of Wood Chemistry of Graduation course of Forest Engineering, illustrating to the students the wood chemical constituent, the relation between them and the interference of the chemical composition in wood characteristics and its products. The laboratory receives students from graduation and Postgraduation in projects of scientific initiation, master and doctor.
